FormTwin is a workout, nutrition and 3D-anatomy app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. The screenshots above show how it fits together: your training turns into a living 3D body you can rotate and see through, so the muscles you work actually light up. Tap any of the 28 muscle groups and FormTwin shows what it does and the best exercises to grow it, drawn from a library of 129 movements mapped to your anatomy.
The workout plans adapt to you: pick a goal and how many days you can train, and FormTwin builds a Full Body, Upper/Lower, Push-Pull-Legs or Bro split. A rolling schedule moves today forward when life gets in the way, so a missed day never breaks your streak. On Apple Watch, that same plan is on your wrist — start it, tick off sets, count reps automatically and rest with a built-in timer while your heart rate and calories are saved to Apple Health.
The nutrition screens make eating well simple: log a meal with an emoji food picker, a barcode scan or a photo analysed on-device, in exact portions — grams, millilitres or "3 eggs" — and track water in litres with your own bottle sizes. The Health readiness dashboard reads Recovery, Sleep and Strain from Apple Health, and progress charts turn weight, body composition and streaks into something you can finally see. Everything stays private: no ads, no trackers, on your device and your own iCloud.
